We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our core team and work directly with the founders to build the backbone of our business.

This is a unique prospect to help scale the world’s first AI coaching platform for gamers at the intersection of gaming and AI. Strategy & Analysis Lead market analysis, competitive deep dives, and opportunity sizing to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Build business cases and quantitative models that inform go/no-go decisions on new games, partnerships, and investment bets.

Help chase down ambiguous, zero-to-one problems ,



from hypothesis to framework to action plan.

Build the operating backbone: architect workflows, OKRs, and business review processes that scale with the company. Create leverage for leadership by taking point on pitch decks, proposals, and high-stakes projects that require polish and speed. Support partnerships and BD with market research, TAMs, and strategic storytelling.

Help track product performance and translate insights into prioritized business actions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights ~ Outstanding communication can craft executive-level decks and align stakeholders. ~
