We are looking for a Project Assistant to join Nicolas's team in the Service Department in Joliette . Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit's activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.

Manage all official communications, exchange emails, etc.; Follow up with customers; DEP in office automation or any other relevant training; ~Good communication skills, both oral and written Writing; ~ Proficiency in the Office suite; ~ Versatile schedule (we finish at 12:00 on Fridays!);
