McInnes Cooper is seeking a motivated and proactive Property Clerk to join our property team in our Moncton office for a term (14-16 months) position. This position will be responsible for supporting the property team ensuring the overall operational needs of the team are met. Legal/Office Administration Diploma or similar

- One (1) year administrative experience; excel in a demanding, fast-paced environment, highly detail-oriented, and be flexible to changing priorities
- Exceptional technology skills, with proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Working in a team environment, the successful candidate will be strong team player and have high personal integrity;

Experience in a legal support role an asset

- Written and spoken competency in French and English is considered an asset. As a Property Clerk, you will be responsible for: Opening all new property files
- Assisting the property team in managing the property inbox
- Property transactions and legal billing systems.
