Ausenco is seeking a Proposals Specialist to join our energized global proposals team. You will lead end-to-end proposal development, transforming complex technical content into explicit, compliant submissions that win work across regions.

The role requires 3+ years in engineering, consulting or technical services proposals, strong writing and MS Office skills, and the ability to manage tight deadlines with a collaborative, detail-focused approach.
