- Define and execute product underwriting strategies
- Own portfolio performance metrics across all lines
- Establish compliance standards and first-line risk controls
- Cultivate external relationships with key vendors and TPAs
- Monitor production trends, identifying risks and opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years in Property & Casualty underwriting
- Proven leadership experience in product strategy
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Professional designations preferred
