Notre programme d’aide aux employés (PAE) fourni du soutien en santé mentale aux employés et à leur famille. En tant que conseiller PAE, vous fournirez du counselling en personne aux clients du programme d’aide aux employés de TELUS Santé de votre région, selon nos besoins. Vous offrirez du counselling de courte durée à une clientèle variée, selon les modalités de leur PAE; Vous assurerez un suivi administratif des dossiers en utilisant les modèles cliniques fournis.
