Manage procurement activities across assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Maintain and analyze spend data to determine strategic long-term sourcing approaches based on financial impact, business importance, and value opportunities. Utilize supplier and market intelligence to support business unit requirements and enhance competitive positioning. Lead and support sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management and monitoring supplier agreements success.

Identify, implement, and manage supplier relationships to support Brandt's business unit requirements. Track and report measurable financial benefits and procurement performance metrics. Develop and issue procurement documents such as RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other sourcing tools.





Provide regular performance updates to leadership and contribute to strategic procurement planning. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering or relevant experience A minimum of 6 years of skilled experience ideally within Procurement or Supply Chain environments. Proven ability to leverage data to drive performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and manage complex projects.

Highly process oriented with demonstrated success in change management and strategic implementation. Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate effectively across internal departments and external suppliers.
