We are seeking a Test Lead + Sr. SDET at Onsite with strong Test leadership skills and hands-on experience to Data/ETL Testing, Automation Testing and Test leadership activities. The role focuses on Techno-Leadership and scaling up the Testing team in Engineering, Automation and AI areas.

Lead a test team as single point of contact from Onsite Support both Manual and Automation test teams test plan, strategy and test process Build / enhance Test strategies, Test automation framework, address technical bottlenecks, and Review test deliverables and ensure it is up-to-date, complete, and accurate. Responsible for executing tests as defined in the test plan and reporting the status Need to manage multiple testing teams. Needs to be hands-on and support offshore team in testing A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. ~8+ years of strong experience in Test Leadership and testing areas ~ Strong hands-on experience with ETL Testing and Anaplan. ~ Advanced SQL and performance tuning skills ~ Hands on experience in developing UI automation script in Python using Selenium/Appium ~ Hands on experience in preparing and updating test automation scripts as per recent hardware and software features/functionalities.Experience in building or enhancing Automation Framework (Hybrid, Data Driven, Keyword Hands on experience in CI/CD: MAVEN, Jenkins/AWS Pipelines (EC2)
