This posting is for an existing permanent vacancy and is actively being recruited for.

Reports To: QA Manager/Supervisor Shift: Afternoons Job Purpose: Performs a broad range of Quality Assurance activities such as providing quality support in new product launch, recent or revised process implementation, process qualification, supplier performance management, testing and analysis, and receiving inspections. Also works toward quality cost reduction, and in general, quality related prevention and permanent corrective action activities in compliance with Integrated Management System. Support production lines/areas for internal/external quality related issues.

Exercise problem solving skills to implement corrective action for customer concerns in a timely manner and report as appropriate.Able to complete incoming inspection using basic metrology tools. Draft and issue Email Hold Notifications, coordinate rework as required. Draft and issue Quality Alerts.

Draft and issue Concessions. Draft and issue Nonconformance Reports. Coordinate and conduct first-off or process runs on units, Kits and accessories for North American division and document findings.



Aid production with the training of recent production associates using product knowledge and quality experience.

Assist with any other quality assurance related activities and projects as assigned. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Quality Assurance or a related technical field Read and interpret engineering drawings Correct use of measurement tools to ensure product conformance to engineering drawings (i.e. Basic understanding of quality principles (Pareto charts, 8 step, control plans).
