In this role you will report to the Quality & Food Safety department where you will be involved in supporting multiple quality and food safety related initiatives throughout the site. You will indirectly lead a small team of hourly employees to develop their capability and drive results. Preventive control ownership on shift Ensure compliance with company and regulatory food safety standards Facilitate the implementation and compliance of policies and programs as they pertain to quality & food safety Facilitate training and capability development on shift Graduated with a relevant degree or post-secondary designation preferred or equivalent work experience Solid interest in quality & food safety Primary duties may change as Food Safety requirements change.
