At CIMA+, the Manager, Quality Systems will lead the preventive and operational aspects of the Quality function, overseeing systems, processes, data, tools, and support methods to manage quality risks across the national qualified services environment.

The role includes leading a team of Quality Specialists, providing matrix support to Sector Quality Advisors, and collaborating with management to drive certification readiness and continuous improvement in ISO 9001 compliant processes.
