You will develop, coordinate and ensure the daily operating plan is executed safely and cost-effectively, supervising personnel and coordinating across departments.
You will lead teams in safety, service, productivity and financial metrics, with occasional train operation and ongoing certification maintenance under CROR/GCOR rules.
