Drive UFA’s property expansion in Western Canada as a Real Estate & Development Coordinator. You will acquire and develop crucial sites to support growth initiatives in agriculture and retail. As a pivotal role within UFA’s Real Estate and Development group, you’ll coordinate all aspects of land acquisitions, from leases to purchases.

Building relationships with stakeholders is key, as you will be responsible for identifying suitable properties while navigating complex negotiations. This position requires a proactive approach in site development for retail and petroleum sites among others. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize markets for land searches
- Source on and off-market properties for acquisition




- Prepare and present offers and manage negotiations
- Coordinate subdivision and rezoning processes if necessary
- Partner with Project Management to ensure site development progression Requirements:
- University Degree with 3-8 years in commercial real estate
- Robust negotiation and interpersonal skill set
- Experience in municipal planning preferred
- Knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan regulations
