Receptionist-Accounts Payable Clerk, Murray GM Moose Jaw Murray GM Moose Jaw | Receptionist | Opened on 09/21/2026 | Pay rate: $18-25 per hour We're looking for a Receptionist / Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays an important part in keeping our office and accounting processes running smoothly. You'll provide friendly, qualified customer service at reception while supporting Accounts Payable and general accounting activities.

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Greet customers and visitors, understand their needs, and connect them with the appropriate team member Provide a welcoming, professional, and positive customer experience Maintain reception and customer areas and ensure they are organized and well stocked Enter invoices into the accounting system and verify appropriate coding Follow up on invoice discrepancies and ensure Accounts Payable remains current Assist with month-end and other accounting-related tasks Complete data entry, filing,
