We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Partner with HR supervisor to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to attract top talent.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the system.



Communicate with recruitment agencies to ensure the recommendation meet the requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian employment laws. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). ~1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally in Oil&Gas; corporate or agency settings. ~ Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and recruitment best practices. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment websites. ~
