We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. TheHR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle,including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, whileensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requiresstrong interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment practices, and theability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Partner with HR supervisor to identify staffing needsand develop job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, includingsourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and networkingstrategies to attract top talent.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment recordsin the system. Communicate with recruitment agencies to ensure therecommendation meet the requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadianemployment laws. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field (preferred). ~1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally inOil&Gas; corporate or agency settings. ~ Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment websites. ~
