Our client, a growing recruitment consultancy, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Kimberley . You will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process under the guidance of experienced consultants, focusing on sourcing candidates, initial screening, and supporting client relationships.

This is an ideal entry-level position for someone with a passion for connecting people with opportunities and a drive to succeed in the Northern Cape recruitment market. Conduct initial phone screenings and gather candidate information.



Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines using the applicant tracking system.

Support senior consultants with client communication and administrative tasks. Learn and apply effective recruitment techniques and best practices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Basic understanding of recruitment principles is a plus, but not essential.
