Make a meaningful impact on Indigenous communities as ONWA's Human Resources Recruiter. You'll engage in full-cycle recruitment, advise on best practices, and develop strategies that bolster workforce planning. Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions
- Guide managers on effective recruitment best practices
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
- Support onboarding and maintain recruitment systems
- Build partnerships with community organizations for talent sourcing Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or related area
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technologies
- Contribute to a vibrant and inclusive work setting at ONWA by enhancing talent acquisition efforts.
