The Jim Pattison Auto Group is looking for a Certified Red Seal Automotive Technician to join our team at Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore. As a Red Seal Technician, you’ll work on a variety of Subaru vehicles, from routine maintenance and inspections to more complex mechanical and electrical repairs.

You’ll have access to modern diagnostic equipment, manufacturer procedures, and a knowledgeable Service Team to support you in your work. Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs. Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to troubleshoot complex issues.

Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors and the rest of the Service Team. Complete road tests, quality-control inspections,



and pre-delivery inspections when required. Support fellow technicians and contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop.

Follow all workplace safety requirements, dealership policies, and Subaru standards.

Red Seal Automotive

Technician certification required, or currently in the process of challenging the Red Seal exam. Previous experience working as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
