Regional Sales Manager - Motion Control 100% Remote / Home-Based – Candidate must reside within the assigned Northeast territory, covering CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, and Canadian provinces east of Quebec. $110K - $120K Base, $20K - $30K Projected Comm ($130K - $150K OTE) 50% US Northeast Travel Our client, a global manufacturer of advanced motion control and automation solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the Northeast territory. This is a technical, hunter-focused sales role responsible for developing new business while expanding relationships with existing OEMs, integrators, and value-added partners.

The Regional Sales

Manager will report directly to the Sales Director. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – Required ~4+ years of Motion Control sales experience – Required ~ Strong understanding of servo systems, motion control,



and industrial automation ~ Technical knowledge of mechatronics, electrical systems, software, and related applications ~ Experience selling technical products and solutions to OEMs, integrators, and/or value-added resellers ~ Experience consistently using a CRM; Salesforce preferred ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office ~ Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the territory Established relationships with OEMs and automation customers within the Northeast Salesforce experience Drive new business development and expand existing accounts throughout the assigned territory Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on sustainable growth and current customer acquisition
