- Ensure rigorous monitoring of results, performance indicators, and business priorities
- Support the team in achieving high standards of client experience, business development, and sound risk management
- Develop talent through coaching, constructive feedback, and continuous learning
- Promote collaboration with internal partners, including Private Banking 1859
- Represent the Bank with professionalism and credibility
- Optimize processes, tools, and management practices to improve efficiency and the quality of client interactions
- Foster a positive, people-focused, and engaging work setting where performance and teamwork go hand in hand every day. Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 , you will act as the leader for the Montérégie region, specifically for our Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Saint-Hyacinthe offices. The team is composed of approximately twenty professionals, including Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, as well as Financing Solutions Managers and Directors.



Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience
- Significant experience working with commercial clients
- Strong people management experience;

Experience with complex financing structures and risk analysis;

Experience in sales coaching

- Knowledge of the Private Banking 1859 sector or business line, an asset
- Ability to maximize the use of sales management tools (dashboards, reporting tools, etc.).
