Therapy Matters is a growing mental health practice in Yaletown, Vancouver, committed to providing a better therapy experience through compassionate, personalized, and evidence-informed care. We are looking for a Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative team and support the continued growth of our psychological services.

About the Role The Registered Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological services to clients within their areas of competency and scope of practice. Depending on experience and interests, the role may include individual therapy, psychological assessments, diagnostic services, treatment planning, and consultation .

We are looking for a psychologist who values strong therapeutic relationships, thoughtful clinical work, and being part of a supportive multidisciplinary practice.

Responsibilities

- Provide evidence-informed psychological assessment and treatment
- Conduct psychological assessments and prepare clear, comprehensive reports, where applicable
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical findings
- Provide individual and/or family-based psychological services within areas of competency
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with counsellors and other professionals when appropriate
- Provide referrals and recommendations for additional supports when needed
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Participate in consultation and collaboration within the Therapy Matters team




- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and client-centred environment

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing as a Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) , or eligible for registration
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or an applicable area of professional psychology
- Experience providing psychological assessment and/or psychotherapy
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed, ethical, culturally responsive care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary practice
