Join the team at Conquer Clinic, an established multidisciplinary wellness clinic integrated inside a premier 32,000 sq. ft. fitness facility in Bloor West Village. We work collaboratively across Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, and Osteopathy to deliver focused recovery and performance care.

With our clinic back online and existing client volume surging, we have an immediate opening for a motivated RMT ready to step into a steady caseload right away.

What We Provide

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client intakes, physical assessments, and execute individualized treatment plans (deep tissue, sports recovery, myofascial release,



therapeutic relaxation).
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic care focused on pain management, injury recovery, and athletic performance.
- Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records in accordance with CMTO standards.
- Recommend targeted home care, post-treatment advice, and stretching/mobility exercises.
- Coordinate client care with in-house chiropractors and osteopaths for optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Active professional liability insurance.
- Availability for at least 3 shifts per week (minimum 1 weekend day + 2 weekdays).
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with your own preferred treatment oils/lotions and room music setup.
- Both experienced practitioners and motivated new graduates ready to start within the next week are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $72.00-$105.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
