Join One Health Wellness, a new multidisciplinary wellness clinic owned and operated by an RMT and RPN, coming soon to Burlington (Guelph Line).

We are seeking a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team and provide high-quality, client-centered care. You will play an important role in helping clients reduce pain and stress, improve mobility, promote relaxation, and support their overall health and well-being.

We offer a 60% percentage split for the RMT and are committed to creating a supportive environment where you can grow your practice and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Provide customized massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs, using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage.
- Assess clients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific concerns and goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care strategies, including appropriate stretches, exercises, and aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming treatment workplace while following applicable hygiene and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding treatment plans, expectations, and post-treatment care.
- Stay current with industry best practices, techniques,



and relevant health information to continually enhance the quality of care.
- Collaborate professionally with other healthcare and wellness professionals as needed.

Lymphatic drainage massage certification is considered an asset but is not required.

Requirements

- Valid registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and massage therapy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to client care.
- Ability to assess client needs and adapt treatments accordingly.
- Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to professional standards, hygiene, safety, confidentiality, and client care.
