In this full time role, you'll report to the Director of Care and ensure compliance with health standards while offering direct resident care. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team and engage with residents to promote their well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete and update residents' care assessments and documentation
- Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences
- Administer medication safely and in compliance with regulations
- Facilitate resident and family education on care
- Respond to significant changes in residents’ health conditions

Requirements:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in BC
- Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
