As a key member of the high acuity nursing team, your role involves assessing and monitoring patients in a 9 bed unit dedicated to acute care.

You will collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to create and implement effective care plans while ensuring patient advocacy. This position supports the needs of the Tri-Cities while maintaining high standards of patient interactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and document patients' medical conditions
- Collaborate on care plans with families and healthcare team




- Coordinate nursing tasks and prioritize patient needs
- Teach patients about health maintenance and prevention
- Contribute to quality improvement and research activities Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
- Completion of post-graduate coursework in nursing
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
