As a VON nurse, you'll deliver holistic person-centred care to children, youth, adults, seniors, and support their families. You'll have the opportunity to work in clients' homes, in our clinics, virtually, and engage in community outreach.

Hospice provides specialized care and services with a patient-centered approach. Patients and families are intimately involved in creating their own plan of care which best addresses their unique needs. Our specialized hospice team works together, with other community partners and service providers to provide full support and quality hospice palliative care.
Working within an interdisciplinary care team with the goal to provide comfort care and the management of pain and other symptoms.
