Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital, outpatient, home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and safety standards
- Administer medications accurately and safely, including injections, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and document clinical observations with precision using electronic health records systems like Epic or Cerner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Assist with laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy and interpret medical terminology to ensure clear communication among healthcare providers
- Manage case coordination for complex cases involving chronic conditions like dementia or senior care, including discharge planning and follow-up care




- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge instructions

Requirements

- Valid nursing license in the relevant state or jurisdiction with current registration status
- Proven hospital experience with a strong background in acute care environments
- Experience working with pediatric patients and senior populations; familiarity with dementia and pain management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner; prior medical office or laboratory experience is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and nursing best practices
- Skilled in patient care techniques including IV insertion, wound care, mobility assistance, and medication management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail
