- Deliver nursing care in accordance with qualified standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet residents' needs
- Liaise with physicians for changes in resident status
- Direct Personal Support Workers regarding care tasks
- Participate in shift reporting on resident conditions Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care practices
- Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
