Your responsibilities will include vital signs monitoring, personal patient care, and medication administration, all within a community-focused healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and implement patient care plans
- Provide intimate personal care and support
- Monitor and manage IV treatments for patients
- Document patient interactions clearly and thoroughly
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario
- At least one year of medical/surgical nursing experience
- Valid CPR/BCLS certification necessary
