The Opportunity

We are looking for licensed RCICs to provide professional immigration assessments, consultations and application services on an independent contractor basis.

The primary focus of this position will be conducting immigration eligibility assessments and client consultations, identifying appropriate immigration pathways and providing qualified recommendations based on individual client circumstances.

As part of the initial working relationship, selected consultants will also be assigned a limited number of immigration application files to manage through preparation and submission. This will allow both parties to evaluate professional standards, communication, efficiency and operational compatibility.

Subject to a successful initial working relationship, mutual agreement and client requirements, opportunities may be available for additional application files and an expanded scope of cooperation.

This position offers flexibility, ongoing professional opportunities and access to an established administrative support structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional immigration eligibility assessments based on client profiles, questionnaires and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate potential immigration pathways in accordance with current Canadian immigration legislation and IRCC requirements.
- Provide professional immigration consultations and explain available options, eligibility requirements and application procedures.
- Review supporting documents and identify outstanding requirements.
- Prepare, review and submit immigration applications for assigned clients, where appropriately authorized.
- Work with immigration programs including Express Entry, International Experience Canada (IEC), Work Permits,

Visitor Visas and Provincial Nominee Programs, according to professional experience and competence.
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate professionally with clients.
- Coordinate with our administrative and document collection teams to ensure efficient file preparation.
- Maintain full compliance with CICC professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active RCIC licence in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) — mandatory.
- Experience conducting Canadian immigration eligibility assessments and client consultations.
- Practical knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, legislation and IRCC procedures.
- Experience preparing and submitting immigration applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines.
- Professionalism, reliability and a client-focused approach.
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with international teams.

Additional languages, particularly French or Spanish, will be considered an advantage.

What We Offer

- Fully remote working arrangements.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Opportunities for ongoing immigration assessments and client consultations.
- An initial allocation of application files,

with the possibility of additional assignments.
- Competitive compensation negotiated according to the professional services provided.
- Established administrative and document collection support.
- Cooperation with experienced operational and legal coordination teams.
- Opportunities to develop a stable, long-term professional relationship.

Our administrative teams assist with client coordination and document collection, allowing consultants to focus on the professional immigration services they are engaged to provide.

All regulated immigration advice, eligibility determinations and representation remain under the independent professional responsibility of the engaged RCIC, in accordance with applicable professional requirements.

How to Apply

Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV or professional profile, including:

- Their CICC registration number.
- Details of their experience with Canadian immigration programs.
- Their areas of professional specialization.
- Their current location and availability.
- Their preferred fee structure for immigration assessments, consultations and application submissions.

Applications are welcome from qualified RCICs based in Canada or internationally, provided they maintain an active Canadian professional licence and are legally permitted to provide the proposed services from their location.

We look forward to connecting with dedicated immigration professionals interested in developing a mutually beneficial, long-term working relationship.
