We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Toronto-based team. In this critical role, you will work on various accounts and champion an outstanding client experience by delivering programs that consistently meet and exceed client expectations - on time and within budget. In making it all happen, you will liaise with clients, in-house teams, and external suppliers to maintain an organized workflow from idea through to execution, and measurement. • Account Management Lead day-to-day client communication and account administration Manage and communicate project timelines, deliverables, budgets and scopes of work Assist in identifying organic growth opportunities aligned with client and agency strategy Execute end-to-end influencer programs, including media and influencer sourcing, outreach, pitching, contracting, briefing, content review, approvals and performance tracking Develop program materials (e.g., Liaise with vendors and partners to support events, activations,



and campaign execution Content Marketing Drive client success by recommending and shaping strategic content that spans long-form editorial, engaging website experiences and effective social media and video executions Participate in content strategy development, helping to craft and present compelling strategic decks and presentations to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, editorial, media, technical) to ensure the strategic intent of a campaign is carried all the way through to execution. Strategy &

• Planning Support strategy development and client presentations (ideas, programs, budgets, etc.) Translate ideas into clear, concise briefs for editorial, creative, and production teams Project Management &

• Collaboration Own day-to-day project management, including timelines, status updates, and budgets Help guide and coach junior staff, supporting their growth and development Collaborate with in-house strategy, editorial, and design teams Proven experience executing comprehensive PR and influencer campaigns, including strong media and influencer relations (outreach, pitching, materials development). ~ Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines. ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing error-free, grammatically correct materials efficiently. ~ Proficiency with collaborative tools and project management platforms (e.g., com, Microsoft Teams) and advanced use of Microsoft Office. ~ SJR office is located in the WPP Toronto Campus at the Toronto's Waterfront Innovation Centre with state-of-the-art amenities Competitive salary and time off policies Flexible advantages package, Employee Assistance Program and Wellness Reimbursement The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. 45,000 CAD - $95,000 CAD That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
