Phoenix A.M.D. International Inc. is seeking a motivated Bilingual Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This remote, full-time role focuses on managing Service Plan claims from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work with consumers, retailers, and service technicians to resolve claims efficiently and professionally, using Outlook and Excel to document activity and maintain timelines. Training is provided, and advantages are included.
