Calian in Canada is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager (FCM) to implement and manage a Patient Support Program. The role acts as SPOC for patients, HCPs, and health teams, coordinating clinic and remote activities and monitoring KPIs to drive patient outcomes. You will work 100% remotely when not traveling (up to 30% travel) and must be bilingual in English and French, with nursing licensure and 3–4 years in pharma/healthcare. This one-year contract offers benefits and a market-competitive salary.
