Pharma/Biotech experience is preferred as you assist with inquiries, identify adverse events, and maintain accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally
- Provide information regarding pharmaceutical products to patients




- Assist with temperature excursion inquiries as needed
- Document relevant information in CRM systems
- Identify and report any potential Adverse Events or PQCs Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Pharma/Biotech
- Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred
- Strong telephone soft skills
