You will support lawyers specializing in employment litigation and labour law, draft and proofread pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and file documents with courts and tribunals. Responsibilities include coordinating discovery and trial prep, organizing exhibits and witness lists, maintaining client files, drafting client communications, and conducting legal research.
