Thames Valley Family Health Team (TVFHT) seeks a Collaborating Family Physician to provide expert consultation and support to Oxford County NPs in a virtual capacity. The role focuses on a stepped consultation approach, clinical guidance, and developing care plans for complex cases, with a strong emphasis on interprofessional collaboration.

Qualified candidates will hold an MD with CPSO in valuable standing, be Active CFPC members, and have 5+ years of primary care experience, plus demonstrated
