The Remote Field Nurse

Supervisor is responsible for guiding the Field Nurse Case Managers and Nurse Care Navigators in delivering exceptional patient support. This full time role requires clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to align with Sentrex's patient support protocols and operational objectives. Engaging with clinics and healthcare providers, you will facilitate quick patient access to treatment while enhancing service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Field Nurse Case Managers and Nurse Care Navigators
- Conduct regular visits to clinics for support and evaluation




- Ensure adherence to program protocols and policies
- Act as first point of escalation for clinic and operational issues
- Foster relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with good standing in province
- 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant fields
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
