You will collaborate with Delivery Managers to define role requirements, build diverse talent pipelines, and ensure candidates are a excellent fit for client needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple time zones for a broad range of clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with managers to scope roles and define success profiles
- Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing methods
- Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit




- Present shortlists with details on candidates' availability and compensation
- Maintain ATS with all requisition updates and touchpoints

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable in multi-time zone collaboration
- Experience with Fortune 500 or consulting firms preferred
- Background in technology or healthcare recruitment is a plus
