Our client is seeking a proficient Remote Installation and Support Specialist to join their virtual team, based in Kimberley. This hybrid role focuses on guiding customers through the successful installation and setup of our client's products, as well as providing ongoing remote technical support. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial setup to ongoing utilization, troubleshooting issues efficiently and effectively.

This position offers a unique blend of technical expertise and customer service, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Guide customers remotely through the installation and configuration of software and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients via remote support channels.

Provide clear, concise, and timely technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.



Document all support interactions, resolutions, and installation procedures in the CRM system. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective support.

Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or IT installation. Strong understanding of software installation processes and basic hardware troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site model.
