Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers? We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Operations Specialist to join our IS team. This role will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to local and remote users, contribute to documentation and knowledge management, and support ongoing IS initiatives.

The successful candidate will be service-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.What You Will Do Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support issues related to end-user devices, applications, and connectivity, escalating where appropriate.

Provide remote and in-person support to end users.

Coordinate with end users to provide timely updates and resolution of technical issues.

Follow standardized operating procedures and support processes.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Develop user training materials where required.

Maintain a high level of customer service and end-user experience.

Participate in team activities and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Support IS projects and initiatives as required.

Work from the assigned office and provide versatile coverage when required. What You Bring 2-3 years of relevant Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Windows.

Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.

Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop.





Experience creating technical and knowledge documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Microsoft/Azure certifications are an asset.

Knowledge of ITIL practices is an asset.
