Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Recruiter on a 6-month temporary basis on our People & Culture team. The role is remote and can be based across Western Canada, with travel approximately 25% to career events across Canada. You will lead recruitment for CRS positions, build sourcing plans, conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and assist with salary recommendations and post-hire inquiries.
