YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations expert to optimize CRM workflows, improve data accuracy, and drive revenue operations across our SaaS environment. This contract role supports cross-functional teams remotely and requires hands-on CRM configuration experience.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage billing and ticketing tools, and build explicit documentation and reports to support adoption and continuous improvement.
