This remote contractor role requires strong CRM expertise to improve AI systems' understanding of complex workflows. No prior AI experience needed, but hands-on knowledge and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for discrepancies
- Analyze policy conflicts, develop appropriate business rules
- Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms

Requirements:
