Poste virtuel, interactions vidéo et conseils fiscaux, gestion des demandes liées au logiciel, en visant la satisfaction client et la prospérité des utilisateurs. Exige au moins 2 ans d’expérience rémunérée en préparation de déclarations, ID Rep ARC et maîtrise des formulaires complexes (T1135, revenus étrangers, crédits/deductions).
