Most analyst roles ask you to report on the business. This one asks you to help build how the business sees itself – and how it puts AI to work.
Exchanger Industries
Limited (EIL) is Canada’s leading provider of custom heat transfer solutions. We’re an Alberta-based, globally recognized manufacturer of innovative, quality, custom heat transfer equipment, services, and solutions. Our roots are in the Alberta oil fields, but our customers, our project record, and our data now span the globe.
This role sits where engineering execution meets commercial performance – and, increasingly, where the business meets its AI tools. It also takes someone fluent enough with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI’s AI features, and AI‑assisted Excel to turn raw data into a clear story in a fraction of the usual time. You’ll be the human hub in the middle of EIL’s analytics and AI build‑out: translating leadership’s questions into requirements our internal software developer and external consultants can build against, partnering with IT on the data access and security that lets it all scale, and orchestrating the outputs of multiple AI agents (sales and pipeline, capacity, financial) into one validated picture leadership can act on.
If you want to help shape how a company deploys AI rather than just consume it, this was written for you.
Use Microsoft
Copilot, Power BI AI features, and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate report creation, insight generation, and automated narrative summaries – then apply judgment to validate every output for accuracy, relevance, and business context Act as the orchestration point across multiple AI agents (sales/pipeline, capacity, financial):
