~ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes. ~ Work closely with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams. ~ Define BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications . ~ Analyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD processes and workflows. ~ Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management. ~ Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization. ~ Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC . ~ Support UAT , defect analysis, and business validation. ~ Ensure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Required Skills ~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.



~ Robust requirements gathering and documentation skills. ~ Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT . ~ Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes. ~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. ~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Experience with KYC platforms, client lifecycle management, or regulatory technology . Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations .

Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
