Northview Residential Reit is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for its Residential team in Yellowknife, NT. You will report to the Regional Manager and focus on building and maintaining robust relationships with Residents, ensuring timely handling of issues and supporting retention efforts.

The role requires handling inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with Leasing and administrative staff to deliver excellent customer service across Northview properties.
