RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKER | #2240 As soon as possible Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:00 // 37.5 hours per week HOURLY WAGE: $We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to provide individualized support to a young adult man with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex communication, sensory, and behavioural support needs and will be committed to promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and quality of life.

This role requires a highly engaged, attentive, and proactive support worker who is comfortable maintaining consistent engagement, supervision, and responsiveness throughout the shift to support the individual's communication, safety,



emotional regulation, and participation in daily community activities.
