As part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role inoverseeing a range of programs that support individuals in both community-basedand residential settings. This position is responsible for the overalloperation, quality of care, and day-to-day management of assigned residentialhomes.

Mostimportantly, you’ll help create a protected, inclusive, and empowering environmentwhere individuals can thrive, build independence, and live with dignity. Lead the day-to-day operations of residentialhomes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care Promote community inclusion, life skillsdevelopment, and overall well-being Provide coaching, feedback, and performancemanagement to build a strong, capable team Develop and manage staff schedules to ensureconsistent, quality coverage Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborativeteam culture Operations,



Compliance & Risk Management Maintain accurate documentation and reporting inline with agency and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with all applicablelegislation, policies, and licensing standards (CLBC) Participate in audits, inspections, and qualityimprovement initiatives Build solid relationships with families,caregivers, and community partners Keep senior leadership informed through regularupdates and reporting Diploma or degree in Social Services,Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in communityliving or residential care Previous leadership or supervisory experience isan asset Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence Valid TB test Solid experience with budgeting andadministrative responsibilities Primarily office-based, with regular visits toresidential homes Flexibility to work occasional evenings,weekends, or be on-call as needed Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm Wages: $34 CAD- $36 CAD Comprehensive Benefits Package – Enjoyextended health and dental coverage to support your well-being.
